I don't know what everyone's complaining about here. Is it the Ritz Carlton? No. Is it plenty comfortable and clean at a good price? Absolutely. Had to hang out here for a week and a half. Staff was kind and helpful, rooms were comfy, no noise. Only complaint is no microwave in room and water pressure could do with some improvement, but other than that I was completely satisfied with my stay.

I highly recommend this motel! It's surprisingly very clean, which is not what I often find in small motels. The management takes smoking and disruptive behavior seriously, ensuring a peaceful and pleasant stay. I was impressed by the quietness of both nights I stayed. The check-in process was hassle-free with a no-nonsense approach. Furthermore, they even accommodated my early check-in request during my first stay. The overall small-town vibes were charming and relaxing. The motel is conveniently located close enough to downtown without the exorbitant prices of other accommodations.

The staff was very nice and very attentive. I thought I didn't have any towels the immediately came to my room and brought some without no hesitation. Area was nice close to shops, bars and food. A little pricey for not having a refrigerator or microwave and for the look and age of the building. Room well updated maybe some new sheets on the bed would do. I would definitely stay again. Parking lot seem weird as well. Had to maneuver quite a bit.

Say what you want about this place, it’s cheap and gives you what you need. The staff were so sweet. They took a little long when checking me out but overall, it’s not bad for the price at all. People want a 5 star hotel but don’t wanna pay for it. Thank you for the staff. I can tell you guys are good people.

Location was nice and convenient. The room was clean and organized. There was no microwave or hair dryer when we needed it. The first room we got, the door to the bathroom wouldn't close at all. The towels provided were not large enough to dry with after a shower. The staff did kindly attend to our needs. It was an OK stay. I would stay there again if it's just a place to sleep in.

The rooms were clean, price was right, beds were comfortable, and the people were nice. I would recommend somehow finding a way to put people who wanted to party on the lower floors and people who want to sleep on the upper floors. My current upstairs neighbors have been stomping on my ceiling for hours.

The check in clerk was very helpful, courteous, friendly and professional. Thank you, the clerk that came in after her, he wasn't any of that just rude. Rooms are clean and close to just about everything you could ever imagine. Nice place. Service would be a 5 star of not for night clerk. Thank you young lady for a great experience.

We had a very good experience, and it was a great value for the price/location. Although the outside of the building does look a bit worn (typical Chicago,) the actual rooms were updated, bright, and modern. You could tell that there had been recent remodeling. We are both very tall, so the higher ceilings and shower heads were a nice surprise. We stayed for about a week, and the staff was very kind and helpful. There was no issue with extending our stay as needed. The location is also near to connections to the brown and red lines.

Took awhile to check in, room was clean and had been updated. Only 1 tiny shampoo bottle and one bar of soap. The shower constantly drips and a paper cup was on the floor of the shower to keep the water from splashing out onto the bathroom floor. No hairdryer available. Bed was comfortable. Stayed 2 nights due to attending concerts. Seems a safe place to stay, but did hear gunfire the first night.

Room was was clean and very modern looking for the price. Bed was fairly comfortable and had no signs of bugs. Overall I think this is a great price for a surprisingly nice little place. Outside looks dated but parking was a breeze. My only complaint was noisy neighbors above us in one of the other rooms.
